Rashmee qualified as a Solicitor in 1983 and is a Partner in the firm.
Rashmee’s main area of work is in family law, wills and probate. She just about knows how to spell “conveyancing” but that is as far as her knowledge of property law goes.
Rashmee’s experience of many years in family law covers the full range of dealing with pre-nuptial agreements, divorce and separation, disputes over the care of children, resolving financial disputes where a relationship has broken-down.
Rashmee can help you with advice on making your wills, helping you with probate when you have lost someone and their financial affairs have to be sorted out. She also helps with setting up lasting powers of attorney and applications to the court of protection.
Her ambition is to become a beach bum and has got used to the empty nest at home. Any charity work is of interest as is looking for an “Escape to the Country” as long as there are open fires and a good internet connection.
Sehdev qualified as a solicitor in 1984 and is a partner in the firm.
Sehdev has many clients that he has known for many years who value his advice and opinion in property matters, whether when moving home or commercial conveyancing. He takes the same approach when dealing with his other areas or work – lasting powers of attorney, wills and probate.
As the only male in the office he is well looked after and pulls rank when he needs the last Hob Nob biscuit. Badminton and golf are his passions and is known to sneak a quick nap, if possible, at lunch time.
Helen is very experienced legal executive and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and the “go-to” person for residential conveyancing. She has been with us for many years and is a treasure. Helen works in the office 2 half days and 2 full days.
Helen’s particular skill is in helping her clients move home speedily and she is adored by her clients for achieving this. Helen is always jolly, positive, and helpful, and is remembered for this in equal measure by her clients and colleagues.
Helen has 4 children and she always has an entertaining story or two (or three!) to tell us about the many adventures of her family.
Helen likes Hob Nobs and there is a competition with a certain other person here over who gets the last one in the packet!
Adiba qualified as a solicitor in January 2016.
Adiba will be in the office 4 days a week. Adiba joined us in March 2014 as a trainee solicitor and she qualified as a solicitor in December 2015.
Adiba is very happy to help all her clients and deals with conveyancing, family law, lasting powers of attorney and wills and probate. Her friendly manner and her efficiency in dealing with clients and their requirements is truly appreciated by all.
She loves her chocolates, sweets and vegan rolls and always looks glamourous. Adiba is our I.T. geek as the partners are too old to deal with technology.
